Forged to Forage
Forge & Forage is a small, self-funded outdoor goods maker building practical equipment for camp and field — starting with a soap, a candle, and a hand-carved hiking stick.
The things you take into the field should earn their place there.
Forge & Forage makes practical goods for camp and field — designed for real use, whether you're setting up camp, cooking outdoors, working with your hands, or simply getting away from it all. We're not interested in products that sit on a shelf looking pretty but have no business being outside.
Our approach is deliberately straightforward: useful materials, practical design, good craftsmanship, no unnecessary fuss. Where we can, we favour natural materials and considered construction over disposable, throwaway alternatives — things that feel at home around a campfire, in a rucksack, or on a workbench.
We're building this from the ground up, starting with a small number of carefully considered goods rather than filling a shop for the sake of a catalogue. Every product has to earn its place. If it doesn't solve a problem or make time outdoors a little better, we don't make it. A good product should develop character through use — it should pick up scratches, marks and stories along the way.
Natural, hard-wearing, chosen for the job — not for the mood board.
Every form follows a function. If it doesn't earn its place, it's out.
Small batches, made properly, by hand where it matters most.
Nothing decorative that doesn't also work. Nothing precious.
Three products, developed one at a time. Soap first, then a candle for camp, then the stick that started it all.
Flagship — hand-carved by Forge & Forage
Carved by hand from reclaimed fallen wood — never cut live. Every stick is one-off: its own grain, its own weight, its own history before it ever reaches you. This is the piece the whole brand grew around.
Made with Clovelly Soap Co., Devon
A palm-free bar built for camp, kitchen and everywhere between. Cedarwood, lemongrass, hemp & seaweed, with green clay — a pre-tested natural base, no unnecessary fragrance load.
Soy–beeswax blend
A slow-burning candle built for the table outside the tent, not the mantelpiece. Final scent and pour spec are being locked before the first run.
Where you stop, cook, make, share and recharge. The fire, the kit laid out, the pause between one leg of the day and the next.
Where you work, explore, forage and get on with things. The reason you needed the kit in the first place.
Forge & Forage sits somewhere between the two — practical living, owning fewer things that do more.
Field Soap Batch 01 and The Field Stick are both in final development. Leave your email and you'll hear the moment either one is ready to order — nothing else, no noise.
